Have an entire lake all to yourself! Drive-in resort or fly-in outpost cabins. Upper and Lower Medicine Stone Lakes are each 8-10 miles in length, and hold walleye, northern pike and lake trout. We provide our guest with fly-in quality at a drive-in price. Stay at the main resort (drive-in)or choose from one of three remote outpost locations (fly-in). Hy-Vee and Kitty Hawk outposts are located 30 air miles northwest of Red Lake, near the boundary of Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. Come experience the magic of the Medicine Stone basin. • Walleye
  Super walleye fishing, from main resort and all outpost locations. Many walleye over 20". Thrill of a lifetime when you pull them in one after another.
• Northern Pike
  All of our lakes provide trophy northern pike fishing. Northern Pike anglers will quickly fall in love with non-stop action at the Trophy Lake outpost.
• Trout / Lake Trout
  Lake Trout can be found on both Upper and Lower Medicine Stone Lakes as well as Cornpicker Lake/Kitty Hawk Outpost.

Hunting

• Bear
  Huge bear management unit. Fall bear hunts. Colour phases from light brown to black seen on our stands. 3rd largest black bear in North America taken from Red Lake area (700 lbs+).

Marine

• Facilities / Boat Launch
  At Medicine Stone Resort you can fish from the comfort and convenience of your own boat. Guests are able to launch and dock their boats free of charge.
• Rentals / Boats
  For those staying at the main resort, boats can be rented for $70/day (unlimited fuel). Boats/motors/fuel are all included at no extra charge in the fly-in outpost package.
