Crane's Lochaven Lodge offers a beautiful setting on Commanda Island, a 4 square mile private island surrounded by prime fishing water. Private, fully modern log cabins are all along the waterfront with front sitting rooms and sundecks. Package plan includes: Supervised mainland parking and water taxi to and from the Island (5 miles from access point at Wolseley Bay), private cottages with 4 piece bath and sundeck, all meals, 16 ft. steel boat with 15 hp electric start Yamaha motors, fully equipped boat/swivel seats and fish finders, all live bait, landing net, bait buckets, gas, ice, fish cleaning and freezing. NO LIMITS. We are amidst some of the best bass, walleye, pike, and muskie water on the main channel in the French River Waterway Park. Season is may to October.   We offer 15 private cabin, each sleeps anywhere from 1 to 12 people. Each has front sitting room off sundeck overlooking the river.
• American Plan
  Includes 3 meals daily, boat motor, fish finders and all boat equip, gas, live bait, fishing licence and all servcies: daily maid servcie, boathouse services to include fish cleaning, packaging and freezing.

  We are 6 miles from our supervised parking at Wolseley Bay. Water Taxi is provided
